When you submit the estimate form we collect the name, phone number, email address, property address and job details you choose to give us. We do not ask for and do not want payment card details through this website.
Solely to respond to your enquiry, quote your job, schedule a visit and carry out the work. We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not pass it to third parties for marketing.
Form submissions reach us by email. Where an email delivery service is used to send them, that provider processes the message only in order to deliver it to us.
We may use standard web analytics to understand how many people visit the site and which pages they read. That data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally. You can block it with your browser settings or an ad blocker if you prefer.
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to serve you and to hold a record of work carried out on your property, which is useful if you come back to us later. Ask us and we will delete your details.
